- Secure your equipment carefully in a box with suitable packing material to ensure proper protection during shipping.
- Select a carrier that provides tracking information for the package.
- Insure your package for the value of the product.
- Ship your package to the location shown in the table above.
- Repairs that are found to have physical damage or require major parts may be re-estimated. If an estimate is provided, your approval is required before repairs are performed.
- We will email you the status of the repair approximately 2 business days* from the time we receive your product.
You can expect the repair to take approximately 5-7 business days* from the time we receive your product
In the unlikely event that any additional damage is found during the repair process due to liquid/water, sand, corrosion, battery leakage, a revised estimate will be sent to you for your review and authorization.
