Privacy Policy:

PCRC operates and may operate other websites. It is PCRC policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators,  PCRC collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. PCRC purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how PCRC visitors use its website. From time to time, PCRC may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

PCRC also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on www.panasonicrepair.com blogs/sites. PCRC only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to PCRC websites choose to interact with PCRC in ways that require PCRC to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that PCRC gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example,  Those who engage in transactions with Burbank Camcorder & Camera Repair Center are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, PCRC collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with PCRC . PCRC does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. PCRC may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. PCRC Center may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, PCRC does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

PCRC discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on PCRC behalf or to provide services available at PCRC websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by PCRC and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, PCRC may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in  PCRC sole discretion. PCRC encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy, you might also receive an alert informing you of these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Company Policy

Estimates
We reserve the right to revise the estimate, if additional defects are discovered during the repair. We always email or call our customers, when re-estimate is needed and we will not proceed with the repair without the approval. If an estimate is provided, your approval is required before repairs are performed. If you choose to decline this estimate your product will be returned to you unrepaired and you are responsible cost of return shipping & handling only.

Parts that have been replaced will not be returned with your unit.

Inspection Fee.

The Camera inspection fee is $45.00

The Pro camcorder inspection fee is $115.00

The impact damage inspection fee is $85.00

The tampered with unit inspection fee is $85.00

Parts Order & Repair Cancellation Policy.

All special order and non in stock parts cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.

Payments
We accept Credit Cards online (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express ), Money Order, Cashiers Checks.

All payment must to be received prior to returning any repair orders.

We accept P.O as an approval for repair, payment must to be received prior to returning unit(s).

Cash and personal checks (personal checks for more than $50.00 must clear before we can release the item to customer). Any bounced checks returned for insufficient funds or any other reason will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Credit card payments for repairs received from out of the United States are not accepted.

Address Change

We will not accept any mailing or shipping address changes over the phone. Any changes to the mailing/shipping address must be done in writing by mail, e-mail or fax.

Repair Policy

The PCRC  facility may repair your equipment or exchange it for new or  refurbished equipment of the same model, or for new or refurbished equipment of an equivalent model to your equipment, with the same or additional features.

Parts that have been replaced will not be returned with your unit.


We are not responsible
We are not responsible for any inconvenience, loss or expenses for items left over 30 days after the date of repair or estimate.

Items left over for 30 days after repair or estimate will be disposed.

Completed or estimated units left over 30 days shall be considered abandoned and will be disposed of After 30 days, PCRC will have no further liability, nor be held responsible for the unit.

We are not responsible for any video/image data loss during the repair.

Warranty Information
We stand behind our services. We provide warranty for all the equipment repaired by PCRC . If you experience the same problem with your item please bring it back or ship it to us and it will be fixed at no charge.

This repair is warranted to be free defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for three months from such repair. The parts installed will perform satisfactory under conditions of normal use for a period of three months. PCRC makes no guarantee with respect to any other parts. This repair warranty is limited to rework same failure, same part(s) only. This repair warranty is independent of any limited warranty and applies to rework only.
The repair charges (parts and labor) are not refundable. PCRC center is not responsible for any damage, (including, without limitation, consequential damages and lost profit), cost, expense, loss or inconvenience as result of repairs provided. This repair warranty is voided with respect to items or part which have been tampered with, sand damaged, power surges damaged, DV link ( firewire port) damaged by computer’s capture video card, misused, water damaged, impact damaged, neglected or damaged. There is no warranty on cleaning services
